There is a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee for each chameleon which is ordered online and then canceled prior to shipping.

We guarantee the sex of your baby chameleon.

Chameleons are shipped via UPS Priority Overnight with an arrival time by 10:30 am to most areas within the United States (depending on your zip code). Extreme weather conditions or deliveries expected later than 10:30 am, will require pick up at your closest UPS Ship Center, please be prepared for this possiblity.  All live shipment will be schedule with you to allow for proper preparation for arrival. Overnight shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of performance by UPS.

We only guarantee live arrival if temperatures are above 40F or below 90F.

We have a 5 day health guarantee, the day your chameleon arrives is Day 1.  We must be notified of any health problem or concern, within the 5 day period in order to maintain your warranty.  Chameleons are a fragile species meant for advanced hobbyists, therefore we do not guaranteed against any health issues after the initial 5 day period nor will most Panther Chameleon Breeders.

All Dead On Arrival claims must be made within 12 hours of arrival.  In order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for further instructions.
